We are more affordable than hiring an in-house graphic designer. Our turn-around times are impressive and the quality of work will help take your brand to the next level. UpDog’s Unlimited Graphic Design plans will free you up to take care of other work that you haven’t been able to get to.
You can send in Unlimited Graphic Design tasks. Send in one at a time and once one is completed you can send in a new task. (2 at a time if you have out Top Dog plan). Revisions are also Unlimited. Tasks are graphic design requests that generally take 1 hour or less for a competent designer to create.

The following is not included in your monthly plan: logos, vehicle graphics, web design, motion graphics, Flash Animation, video support, large layout projects, infographics, illustrations, HTML or CSS programming, copywriting, 3D work, CAD, Newspapers, or magazine design.

Our Unlimited Graphic Design plans are a monthly subscription using a reoccurring billing system. You can cancel anytime without any cancellation fees.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime to whichever plan suits your current design needs.
We accept tasks Monday – Friday 9am-6pm. Tasks sent on weekends and holidays will be marked with priority and taken care of the next business day.
If you are on the Tail-Wagger or Top Dog plan you get discounted printing!!! The discounted amount depends on the volume of printing you do with us but, will always be at least 10%.
If you have multiple businesses (brands) the Top Dog plan is right for you. The Top Dog plan allows for up to 3 brands. All other plans allow 1.
We require our creative brief form to be filled out. Text content must be provided. If you need copy written or photos taken, updog.com can do that for you but, It’s an additional charge and separate from out Unlimited Graphic Design plans.
We require a credit card to open an account. It will be billed monthly in our reoccurring billing system. You can cancel at any time.
You can sign up online, over the phone, or come visit us at our store. Once you’ve signed up we will schedule a time to talk with your dedicated designer and have your creative/brand assets transferred to us. After that you’ll be set up to begin your service.
