Our shipping will be completed by UPS, FedEx, or other freight carriers. UpDog Media reserves the right to use the most appropriate shipping carrier for the required transit time and end destination. Please note shipping estimates are based on business days and UpDog Media is not responsible for late packages caused by the shipping carrier. UpDog Media is not liable for damages that may occur during shipping.

Pickup orders will be kept at our location for 30 days from the time the ready-for pickup email was sent. After 30 days the order will be recycled.
