It’s another day at office here at UpDog. By that I mean there’s two clients on the phone, two in the lobby getting quotes with the very bubbly Brittany, and even one client chilling on their laptop, on our cozy green couches, waiting to see the latest proof from their designer, only a room away. It’s this kind of relationship with our clients that has allowed UpDog to grow into the company we can pride ourselves in. Every day we have dozens of clients and potentials coming in and out of the door. Some pick up completed products, some look for quotes on their latest projects, and yes others will drop by to see how their favorite designer, or sales representative is doing. The door is always chiming.

So how do we do it? Part of it is knowing our business, having been a local business for over five years, and having been created by two locals, who have lived and operated multiple businesses in the area for over a decade. Playing to our strengths, we’ve created a place where our clients know they can come in, say hello, see their work being created, and work one on one with our staff. It’s all these elements that make us truly that one stop place to get everything from banners, to promotional event material, to your next car wrap, while getting quality and unique work.

We want to do the same for every business. UpDog is not just our client’s best friend, but also YOUR brand’s best friend. Our recent goals have been to create discussions on how to help local businesses succeed in a changing business landscape, knowing marketing and branding techniques to create that relationship with your clients, and over all lifting other businesses with what we know. There’s quite a lot being planned here even with the door chiming and phones a-ringing.
